Resort Realty's vacation rental homes are well-equipped with all of the comforts of home. From cozy cottages to oceanfront estates, all of our homes come fully stocked with the following standard amenities.

Additional Amenity Descriptions

Resort Realty offers a variety of vacation homes to meet your groups unique needs and budget. The following amenities are additional features available in a wide variety of our homes. When searching for a vacation rental home, you can sort by amenities or click the amenities tab at the bottom of any property page. 

Community Pool

Community pool policies (including dates of availability) are determined by the individual homeowners, associations not by Resort Realty and are subject to change. Community pools are not heated and are normally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please check with one of our vacation specialists about the open and close dates for the particular property you are interested in. 

Internet

Many of our properties offer wireless internet access. Information about access will be provided in the home when you arrive.  If you have questions about the service, or recommendations for service in homes that do not offer access, please contact our vacation specialists. 

Linens Included and Optional Linens

Linen packages are available for all of our properties. Please check the property description to determine if linens are included or an optional service. Linens and Towels Include: 1 Bath Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. 1 towel set per person will be provided based on the occupancy of the home. Every full bathroom will receive 1 hand towel and 1 bath mat. Every half bath will receive 1 hand towel.  

Pet Friendly 

Some of our properties allow pets to vacation too! Look for pet friendly in the amenities for the property. A non-refundable pet fee is charged for up to 2 housebroken dogs. This is for additional cleaning and pest extermination. 

Premier Beds Made

Resort Club and Coastal exclusive properties include having the premier beds made package. If your home is not a Resort Club or a Coastal Exclusive property (denoted in the property description) we can offer the premier beds made for a nominal fee. *Please Note: Bunk beds of any type, sleep sofas & trundle beds will be provided with linens, but only the bottom bunk will be made.  

Private Pools and Hot Tubs:

Many of our homes feature private pools, (some heated; check property description) and hot tubs for your vacation enjoyment and may incur an additional per week charge, please check the property description for price. Pool heaters will warm a pool to the operating temperature of 75-85 degrees Fahrenheit in 24-48 hours - depending upon the ambient air temperature. Hot tubs are available year round unless otherwise indicated in property description. Pool and hot tubs are chemically serviced and cleaned regularly. 

Military and Hometown Hero Discounts

Please check the individual property description for availability for discount. The program allows for active/retired and reserved individuals in the US Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard, Police, Firefighters and EMT to receive 5% off listed rate for a full week reservation. Some restrictions may apply, please contact one of our vacation specialists for more information. 

Handicap Friendly Properties

Some homes are handicap friendly. This means that they do not meet the standards for making the home compliant under the Americans with disabilities act. However these homes do offer certain features which makes them more accessible that the normal home. See information regarding each individual home in the property description. Those homes which are ADA compliant are so stated in the property description. 

Early Check In and Late Check Out

If your travel plans require an early check in (1PM) or a later check out (1PM) Resort Realty can accommodate this for you for a nominal fee. These services are subject to availability and limited to selective properties. To arrange this please contact our office. Reservations for early check in book fast and must be added no later than one week prior to arrival. Keep in mind if you are a Resort Club property early check in have a 1:00 PM check in directly at the home at no cost! Coastal Exclusive properties have a 1:00 PM check in to use the exterior of the home and a 3:00 PM check into the inside of the property.

Keyless Entry

If your home offers keyless entry then you will receive directions for direct check in at the home a week prior to your stay! A unique KABA code will be provided to you to enter the home. 

Ships Watch

An indoor loft area that typically offers a waterfront view and small seating area.

Crows Nest Deck

A rooftop deck that typically offers a waterfront view.

Theatre / Media Room

A room that offers a deluxe flat screen TV or protector screen with high-end electronics and specailty seating. View the property description for specific electronics and seating that is available.

Game / Rec Room

A room, typically on the ground level, that features a game table. Pool tables and foosball tables are the most common. View the property description for specific features.

Foosball Table

A soccer game table where each player/team uses their handles to move their men to strike the ball into the opposing teams goal.

Shuffleboard

A shuffleboard is an indoor table or outdoor surface where players aim to slide 4 weighted metal disks towards the end of the board without falling off. 

Wet Bar

A small indoor bar with a countertop, storage and small sink that is used for mixing drinks.

Tiki Bar

An outdoor bar area, typically located by pool, used for preparing and serving drinks.

Cabana

A small recreational structure by the pool that offers a shaded seating area.

Fish Cleaning Station

An outdoor table suited for scaling fish.

Pyramid Bunk Bed

A bunk bed with a double sized bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. 

Trundle

A roll out twin bed that is stored underneath another bed for additional sleeping accomodations.
