Guests will have until Friday at 5:00PM following their current vacation week, to pre-reserve their next year reservation. Colony by the Sea is an oceanfront condo community in the quaint OBX town of Duck, NC. Amenities include a large swimming pool with spacious decks, playground, basketball court, volleyball, on-site laundry facilities, outside showers and much more. Enjoy breath-taking OBX sunrise views from the oceanfront gazebo. Just a short drive to the town of Duck, where you will find restaurants, shopping and much more!

Great long weekend!

"We arrived on Friday to a very well kept and clean condo with all the amenities. There were only two of us, but with the 2 bedrooms and an additional 2 bunk beds, sleeping 6 would have been no problem. Morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean was a highlight. The pool and the beach are both within view and access could not have been easier. We took advantage of the easy walk into town for shopping, dining and exploring as well as miles of bike/walking paths just outside the door. We had arranged for a late checkout that somehow was not recorded, but a quick call to the office took care of that with no problem - very good service! We are looking forward to going back - hopefully for a longer stay!"

This is a non-smoking home.

What is the approximate distance to Duck Village. I am wondering whether we will be able to walk to the Village with two small children to access restaurants and shops. Thanks.

Approximately a half mile or so from Colony by The Sea Condos to Duck Road. We would suggest bringing a stroller with you for the walk. Or you can drive and park in the parking lot by the shops and boardwalk and then use a stroller.

What is your pet policy? We have a 11 lb shih tzu who is a member of our family and vacations with us :)
