South Nags Head is located in close proximity to Oregon Inlet and Pirate's Cove Marina making it a perfect spot for boating and fishing enthusiasts. A quiet neighborhood where charming old Nags Head style cottages blend with luxurious mansions. South Nags Head has over seven miles of quiet beaches; a new mixed-use path runs the entire length for biking, strolling or rollerblading. The quaint town of Manteo is just a short drive away featuring attractions such as the North Carolina Aquarium, Elizabethan Gardens, The Lost Colony, shopping, dining and more. South Nags Head adjoins the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Pea Island Wildlife Refuge, where shelling and bird watching opportunities are fantastic.
I am wondering if the property is directly on beach or if there is a longer walk over dunes. Also is this a quiet beach? Or more activity on it? Thank you!

There is a short walkway, at the end of the street, which has stairs down to the sand. The walkway is very close to the property. The beach appears to be practically secluded and quiet, however there can be no guarantee once summer comes around.
Is the walkway down to the beach a public walkway? Is the public allowed to park on this side street and access the beach?

The walkway is not for public use, but for the homes that are located on that street. People are not authorized to park on the side of the streets.
