Can I stay for more than one month (28 Days)?
You sure can! We just require a new reservation for each 28 day stay.
Will I get new linens and towels each week?
No. You will be responsible to launder linens as needed for the duration of your stay. If you would prefer to have new linens and towels we’ll be happy to provide them at an additional cost. Please reach out to our reservations staff to inquire about cost.
Will my vacation home be cleaned each week?
No. You will also be responsible to clean the home throughout the duration of your stay. We would be happy to come in and provide mid stay cleaning services at an additional cost. Please be aware that our cleaning staff can not handle your personal items so personal items will need to be put away from surfaces you’d like cleaned. Please reach out to our reservations staff to inquire about cost.
Do I need to take out the trash each week?
Yes. Trash pick up days are included in your pre arrival information. It is your responsibility to ensure trash is taken out on time.
The home I choose has a hot tub. Will it be available for use during my stay?
Check the property description. As long as the description does not say otherwise the hot tub should be available for use during your stay.
Will the outdoor shower be available for use during my stay?
Outdoor showers are generally not available in the off season.
