Elan Vacations, located in Powells Point, North Carolina, has been providing vacation rental services on the Outer Banks since 2001.
The acquisition will expand Resort Realty’s vacation rental portfolio to include nearly 650 Outer Banks vacation rental homes from Corolla to Hatteras Island. The acquisition fits into Resort Realty’s long-term strategy for local growth by expanding its current portfolio.
