Located in the section “F” of the Ocean Sands community, Indian Summer features one-story condos that are centrally located in Corolla. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are a short bike ride or drive away. Indian Summer condos also feature a short walk to the beach, a community pool, community hot tub, and tennis. Please be aware that there is no parking on the roadway or shoulders in Currituck County. Also, no parking for motorhomes, golf carts, trailers, or boats (including Jet Skis) is allowed in the Ocean Sands community. These covenants/by-laws are strictly enforced and violators are subject to fines, towing or boot.
Ocean Sands, Sea Loft Village Condos
Sealoft Corolla Condos are located close to the beach with access via community boardwalk. Community pool and tennis are just steps away. Each Corolla beach rental has private parking underneath. Sealoft Village is also close to golf, shopping, restaurants and all the entertainment Corolla has to offer. Please be aware that there is no parking on the roadway or shoulders in Currituck County.
